"Do you know how John/Josh feel about lunging?"

Dear Keith...

Thursday, December 28, 2006

Do you know how John/Josh feel about lunging? I have injured my back and am "out of the saddle" for a while, but my horse needs the exercise as he is quite the easy keeper. I have read the articles in Perfect Horse, but have also heard from other sources, that it can be damaging to the horse's legs if done too frequently. I have not really read the "Lyons view" on that part of it. Do you know? Mary
