Dear Keith...

Hi Keith, hope you can help. We met at a clinic in Santa Clarita. I have a 14 yr old arab who is always a handful. He has some days that I love him to death, and he does great, and other days I sware he is the nuttiest horse I ever saw!! His latest thing is best I can tell, is he is getting barn sour. We go riding and he just keeps turning around or just stopping. When I do get him to go, it is with reluctancy and he is not focused and spooks at everything. (Of course on the way home he spooks at nothing and is fine). He has never been barn sour before, how do I get us back to the fun old days of a nice trail ride? Thanks Keith. Mary |
